I spent a lovely evening with the fabulous folks from Back to Nature CIC at Vallis Veg (BA11 3JQ), Frome and everyone who came to enjoy the event. After some grounding, and sharing stories of the summer, we set up the moth trap, went on a little walk with bat detectors and then arrived back to see who had come to say hello. It was wonderful to see everyone be so enthusiastic and genuinely interested and to share my passion with a group of women.

Large Yellow Underwing (Noctua pronuba)
Setaceous Hebrew Character (Xestia c-nigrum)
Snout 1st Generation (Hypena proboscidalis)
Square-spot Rustic (Xestia Xanthographa)
Willow Beauty (Peribatodes rhomboidaria)
Cabbage Moth (Mamestra brassicae) and Hemlock Moth (Agonopterix alstroemeriana)
